Music

Music has always played a long and proud history in the life of St Andrew's both in Wells Street and in Kingsbury.  In fact, the church choir in Wells Street was the first ever English choir to make a recording!

Mr Colin R Brownlee has written about the musical life of the Church and can be read by clicking here.  Recordings of the choir can also be listened to from that website.

The current choir in Kingsbury is made up of nine members who accompany the singing, lead the responsorial psalm and sing an anthem at the weekly Sunday sung Mass.  The choir is led and conducted by Juliet Edgar and accompanied by Nathanael Smith.
